1.  Cooking At The Monastery: Hommous To Tabouleh In The Garden Of Allah

This is a memoir/cookbook that I edited with my uncle George Lewis.  It’s filled with a lot of Middle Eastern and American recipes, either passed down to George or developed by him over his many years of cooking all over the country.  But what makes the book special are the stories about the immigration of a group of Lebanese people to the US in the early 1900s, and their struggles to build a life for themselves in Central New York state.  Available through Amazon.

2.  Chicken Soup for the Soul:  The Power of Positive

Chicken Soup for the Soul: The Power of Positive

This volume contains a story I wrote about my daughter Tori, titled Just Reward.  Available October 23, 2012.
